I really hope you are happy with your Fig & Frost Box, however if you wish to return an item for an exchange or a refund, please follow my instructions.

 

Items being returned must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet my policy will not be accepted

and will be sent back to the customer.

 

Returns Instructions:

Email tessa@figandfrost.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your box. I will provide instructions on how to return/ exchange your box. Please send your return back to me within 14 days of receipt. 

 

I strongly advise that you return your item via a secure method and obtain proof of postage as I cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive email notification once your returned item has been received, and if applicable I will inform you when exchange items have been dispatched. You will receive a refund within 14 days of my receipt of the returned item.

 

Faulty Items:

If you have received any faulty items, please follow the instructions above for Returns. Products found to be defective will be refunded in full.
